Employment Pathway Program

Continued employment is a required condition of participation for all house members enrolled in the Employment Pathway program. This pathway is designed to promote financial independence, workforce readiness, and long-term self-sufficiency.

Program Expectations

House members participating in the Employment Pathway must remain in employment compliance at all times.
Compliance includes:

Maintaining active employment in an approved position
Communicating regularly with the Director of Supportive Services regarding work status
Demonstrating consistent effort toward career advancement and financial stability


Employment Documentation

House members are responsible for ensuring that the Director of Supportive Services has current and accurate information, including:

Employer name and contact information
Current work schedule
Employment goals and career objectives
Failure to provide updated employment information may impact continued participation in the program.


Employment Changes

House members must notify the Workforce Development Coordinator prior to:

Changing employers
Reducing work hours
Leaving a current position

Unauthorized employment changes may result in corrective action.


Substance Use & Termination

If a house member:

Fails a pre-employment drug screening, or is terminated from employment due to substance use or abuse the house member will be immediately discharged from the program.

Employment Loss

If a house member is terminated from employment for reasons beyond their control the house member will have thirty (30) days to secure new employment. Failure to obtain new employment within this timeframe may result in program discharge.


These rules exist to reinforce personal accountability, workforce stability, and long-term economic independence. Participation in the Employment Pathway Program reflects a shared commitment to responsibility, growth, and sustainable success.
